I want to inform you that Jack Crosby is one of the most impressive support guys I have ever met. My plotter went down on Monday afternoon and he was here in Salado at 6:00AM the next morning to fix it. He got me up and running and came back today (at 5:45AM!!!) to replace some parts he thought might be part of a longer term problem. What a surprise to come to my office at my standard 5:00AM, dog at my side & flashlight in hand, to find Jack waiting for me!I asked him what time he had to get up to get here from Bastrop and he said around 3:00AM.You guys hold on to this fella. He is doing more good advertising for you then his salary could buy you.This is a story I will be passing on.Thank you.
